Most Cost-Efficient Way to Achieve 450RWHP

What are some of the most cost-efficient ways of attaining 450RWHP on an LS1 Camaro (nitrous not included).

I'm just trying to get some ideas and to see how realistic such a goal is.

A radical cam, 11-1 heads, a good tune and all the bolt ons on a M6 ... but then you will need to upgrade the clutch, tranny and rearend to handle it ...

450rwhp is going to be a little tough to get to but is doable. we just did a heads and cam on a customers car using stage 2 heads milled to increase compression to 11.1:1 and 224/228 .581/.581 114LSA cam and through TTS headers with cats and a GMMG exhaust the car hit 403rwhp and with our TB hit 410rwhp(a 7rwhp gain). Car was a 2002 WS6 so it had a Z06 intake and also had an ASP pulley. The 410rwhp was without tuning. the guy has since tuned the car, and changed the exhaust over to a true dual using a Dr. Gas with bullet mufflers setup and thinks he is now in the 430rwhp range so you can get close. He also upgraded to the Z06 valley pan/pvc setup. Total cost was about $3800 installed.
Keep your eyes open as I am about to run a special on heads/cam packages with lots of options and killer prices.
