Question Firehawk air lid on 01 WS6?

Will the 01-02 Firehawk air lid work on a 01-02 WS6? I was thinking about getting a TSP air lid, but would rather have a Firehawk lid. What are the differences between the Firehawk air box and the WS6 air box?

I thought the Firehawk lids were much less restrictive?

In 02 there was a high lid made by Donaldson (BlackWing). I have already called SLP and the lid alone is $230 yes $230 and that doesn't even include the clamps or Lid to MAF tube.
