Question More power from a stop?

I have a 2001 formula (you can see my list of mods in my sig). I have plenty of top end HP, but I need somemore torque from a stop. My car dosent seem to pull as hard as I want it to. I was told I should get a torque converter, but I'm unsure of what stall to get. Is their anything else I could get to improve the launch? Also how much HP would you estimate I might have? Thanks

I agree a stall converter is exactly what you need

A torque converter and sticky tires will definitely help. Don't go too small on the converter though. Lots of good TC info at www.converter.cc
