more cam questions?

more cam questions?
I know you guys are probably getting tired of cam questions, especially from me
, but I have a couple more. When researching cams I see cams with the intake and exhaust duration that are the same like for example 224/224 and for the valve lift intake and exhaust 563/563. Then I see cams for example 222/224 and 566/568 for the lift. I guess my question is what does it mean when both numbers in the duration are the same and both numbers in the valve lift are the same. What would be better?
