missing

I was on my way home from work last night and when i came to a stop sign i noticed a miss. As soon as i gave it a little gas it cleared up , it ran good as long as you were giving it gas or riding the rest of the way home. I think that i might have a small vacuum leak. Do you think that this could have caused the problem. The leak has been there about 400 miles just been to cold with the snow and all to fix. the car also has a off road y pipe could that have started to kill a plug? Thanks for any ideas

Is the check engine light on?

Sounds like a bad O2 sensor or temp sensor.

It only misses when it at idle. It idles up a little high when you first stop that is why i am thinking i have a vacuum leak. As soon as i touch the gas it's gone. The service engine light is on from the y pipe no converters.
