Manifold Bolt Tightening Sequence 98 Z28 LS1 Camaro

Hey guys I dont have the correct bolt tightening sequence for my manifold. Can anyone help me out.

There is a sequence for that!?!?!? Ooops! I wonder how I tightened mine...

A sequence and double torque (first pass 44 in.lb, second pass 89 in.lb.).
