Ebay sells Mac headers and a y-pipe for my 2000 SS for about 500 shipped and it has this " true-fit"... Here is the link.. Also how's installation on headers for a 2000 with headers straight to the ypipe? Is this set worth it?

look at this seller's feedback comments, it looks like he never sold anything before, he only bought stuff on Ebay.... this may be all right but I'd be careful... the price seems kinda low....

 

You can get that same kit for 469.00 on ebay buy it now just keep looking.
but they are not coated and for the 2000 year cars you extra smog pipes and stuff if you plan on keeping your egr and air and that costs like 150 -200 buck at ls1 speed or thunder racing.and coating they will run you another 150

i got pace setter coated LT's and off-road y-pipe, o2 ext ,rear o2 sims, stage 8 locking header bolts,electric cutout. for 800.00 even 600.00 for header kit 180.00 for cutout 20.00 shipping then turned around and ordered a mail order tune and egr and air block offs for 175.00

 

There's nothing wrong with a set of MAC mids, but try to shop around for a lower price first
