ls2 knock sens on ls6

ls2 knock sens on ls6
can i use ls2 sensor on ls6 block? instead of two knock sensors if using one on block reacts thesame way ? such as signal and such have new ls6 and would like to change from 2 in the valley to one on the block as a maintence benefit would appreciate any help . remember: What you drive drives America!!!!
