Ls1 Rear End

Ls1 Rear End

ok guys , I know the rear end is little stronger then the stocker on the LT1 , how much better is it ? Is it as good as an eaton rear end ?

LS1 rear = LT1 rear with different brakes.

I have broken both with a bolt on lt1, i really do not think there is any strenth differences. The big brakes are the benefit.But someone else may thing differently.

thats odd , I could swear they are 2 different brands between LS1's and LT1's .

mine blew up completely at 17k in my ls1.now at 31k its showing excessive wear.might be time for a 12 bolt.still on stock stall and this POS cant hold together.

12bolt.............sounds nice .............But it take a lil cheese ofr a 12 bolt . They cost over a grand .

they cost alot more than 1k.worth it and necessary if you race alot though.
