ls1 motors

How dose the ls1 hold up for a every day driver. With going to the track a few times a year.

Great so far! I've had mine for just over 2 years now, drive it to work every day, put about ~40,000 miles on it, been to the track 3 - 4 times, done probably 2 dozen passes, gone through 2.73's, 3.73's, now onto 4.10's, and I love the car every time I get into it!

Until someone hands me the keys to a Z06 for the same price as my Z28, I'm happy in this car.

How are they when you have over 100,000 miles on one.

don't have 100k yet, but mine's still going strong at 80k. still on stock rear, stock clutch, and still using about 1qt oil per 3k miles.
