ls1 intake flip???

ls1 intake flip???

i have a 02 z28. i know its the ls6 intake lid and all but has anyone ever flipped it up and ran it through without the lid? like get rid of the lid and just tube it to a cutout in the hood?

i personally wouldnt do it. just use the SLP lid

Why would you want to cut the hood on your car? Just use FRA and an SLP lid or SSRA......a lot more class that cutting up your hood.

lol, i wouldnt just cut it. i have custom body people that could do all that professionally. and besides, it would push air through a straight line instead of coming up then in

Just buy a Firebird. All of them feed straight in. It would be cheaper and look better in the long run.
