LS1 Head Gasket Question

My car came stock with the multi-layer metal head gaskets, what got shipped to me with my heads are the graphite type. Which would be better for spraying a 100shot? Or are they about equal?

i would go ahead and invest in a set of cometics....they are about 150 for the pair but well worth it if your spraying
