ls1 Edit Problems, Bottom end bogging at stops, plz help

alright, my car has the thunder racing .224 cam, i got it tuned from about 1500-6700 rpm. but for some reason when i come up to lights and push the clutch in or shift to neutral. sometimes it bogs right down to 500 rpm, and it sounds like its barely running, it takes sometimes 5-8 seconds for the computer to correct itself. i have my idle set to 900.

if you have any suggestions id love to hear em. also it looks like there is water coming out of my pipes, my brother thought i was running rich, but it doesnt smell like gas. just like water. any suggestions on that would be great too. thanks guys.

Condensation from moisture?

Anyway, to correct the idle issue, simply drill a small hole in the TB blade. All cammed LS1s do the same thing with the stock TB. The computer tends to freak out at idle when you have an aftermarket cam installed, so it "searches" for idle because the stock TB blade doesn't allow enough air to come in when it is "closed".

Make sure you stick a rag in the intake manifold to prevent from anything going into the motor. Start off small and work up from there until IAC count settles in the 30s. I'd start off with a 1/8" hole. Doesn't really matter where you drill the blade, but I suggest the bottom half.

What exactly have you done to the tune? Did you change the VE and MAF tables? Did you change the base spark tables for neutral/in gear? Did you change your desired airflow, throttle cracker or throttle follower tables? What do your IAC counts look like? Sorry for all of the questions. But these are fairly important questions to know before someone starts suggesting something like drilling a hole in your throttle body.

to be honest i dont know to much about the software itself, my buddy has lots of expierence with it so i got him to do it. i know he changed the maf tables and he played around with the a\f tables a lot, but im not sure about the other stuff. if someone has the program i can upload ls1edit save file and someone can look at it. see what u think,

or tell me exactly what i need to check and ill give u back the numbers that are set in.

but yea i would much rather tune it than drill my tb.

just add about 2-5% to the iac table at operating temp and try it.

Just drill the hole until your IACs are on the 30s and be done with it. No need to beat your head on something that takes 10 minutes.

No extra hole in mine. But the tuner had to undo the port fill job on the IAC port of the TB so that it could get enough air to the IAC to idle.

Who tunned the car ?and sounds like a idle airflow table issue. there are actually alot more idle tables then ls1 edit has avaiable. this could be your issue. I also noticed you have MAF ends. Still got the stock unmolested peices? if so put them back on. lots of airflow dynamics in the intake tract could be dupping the sensor into behaving badly.

Stock MAF ends are good for way more hp than you're running,
