LS1 a/c compressor and alternator in LT1?

More work than it's worth. I've had both cars, LS1 and LT1, and from memory, the LS1 alt is much smaller than the LT1. I'm not saying you can't get it to physically fit, but it will take some monkeying with bolts and washers/spacers, maybe a custom bracket or two, and then you aren't guaranteed that the wires will match.
As for the A/C.. it's the same story. The LS1 A/C has its own belt (EDIT: pretty sure this belt is smaller than the LT1 drivebelt) and is placed in a different location on an entirely different engine --> highly unlikely it work well. And then you'll end up making custom A/C lines.
