Long tube install

Before you even say it I have done an archive search. I know that I need to block off the EGR, get o2 extensions, sims and there is a problem with the air tubes. I have a 2002 WS6 BTW.

My questions are as follows.

How do I block off the EGR?

How do I fix the AIR problem?
Can I just remove it? if yes how?
or What parts do I need to replace?

I just want to get everythin gready before they get here so the install will not take forever. Thanks guys.
