Long Term Fuel Trim -99%

I was monitoring my car (99 TA) at idle and noticed that the Long Term Fuel % Trim Bank Two jumped to -99% several times at random. Any idea what would cause this?

AFAIK max fuel trim is +-25% so the -99 must be a scanning glitch.
