Leaking taillight

i have a leaking taillight on my T/A .....anyone know how to fix it ? or know were i could find out ??? ...

Describe what you mean by leaking, Does water come in the car? Do they fog up after they got wet ?

after it rains ir ui wash it it gets water in the light ... but only between the black linesand the outer lens ...

uhhhh I have an idea of what you're talking about, but with the way you described it, it seems like a picture would really clear things up for everyone else, just a suggestion.
