Question Which brake pads are better?

I need new brake pads and can't decide in between , Napa ceramic pads, Hawk performance pads, or chepo autozone pads. What is recommended by you guys. I do mostly street driving but do ride it hard. Don't really care about brake dust or noise, just looking for performance.
Thanks

The GM pads are pretty good, but for your application I would suggest the Hawk HP+ pads.

What do you mean i will still have warp problems? Do you recommend some other rotors. From reading all past post i have come to the conclusion that the autozone rotors are pretty good.

Eradispeeds are a $800 set, for that price i could get 5 autozone sets. Is there some middle ground here. I dont think i can afford $800 rotors right now.

AutoZone rotors are fine. Eradispeeds are driveway jewelry and little more. Ask Baer if they suggest them for high performance use like on a road course. (hint, their answer is no they they are not).

AutoZone rotors are $38 a piece, so at $80 a pair you can buy 10 sets of them for one set of jewelry.

FWIW, this is what my AZ C5 rotors look like after their fifth day on a road course with aggressive race pads:

Show me a set of Eradispeeds that color that are not cracked. KVR blanks cracked in 2 session (about 40 minutes of track time), and I have yet to crack AZ rotors.

I am sure there is some out there that are less but you have to look around I would not know of any.... and yes autozone are less and you can get 5 for the price of the others.... I am not saying they wont work you just wont get rid of the Warp. if you dont mind messing with your breaks more often. that means taking them off and turning the rotors I would say about 5 to 10 k mi. or so.. Maybe a bit more.

2000TA - Do you have any experience with AutoZone rotors? I have been using them for a couple years and have yet to have any warpage problems.

Well i guess i might as well bite the bulllet spend the big bucks and get the eradispeed rotors with the HPS pads, atleast this way i will be able to forget about warping for a while. I decided against the HP + cause they might be too harsh on the eradispeeds.
