LCA relocation brackets

I know everyone says weld them in, because its stronger and all. But does it really matter, whether they bolt in or weld in? I recently lowered my car and want LCA's and relocation brackets. I am thinking of spohn LCA's and relocation brackets, but i am in need of a good welder, so i am considering bolt ins from bmr. What do you think?

My buddy has BMR bolt-ins. Never welded them. They seem pretty secure too. If I put them on my car I'll use the BMR bolt-ins. I don't want to do anything that I can't undo later.

Thumbs up

I don't want to do anything that I can't undo later. That is a very good thought and statement. Thats the reason I didn't weld in my SFC's So maybe I'll do the same with the LCA relocation brackets.

I personally bought the Bolt-in BMR brackets, but i ended up having them welded on, b/c over time, they can or will come loose etc...

So if you do plan on taking them off maybe some time in the future, then Bolt-on's are ok, but for the best effiency, IMO weld is better for BOTH SFC and Re-location brackets..

good luck

If you do it right the bolts will not come loose. Use some anti-seize or something and the bolts will stay put until you want them off.
