>Hi there ,
I was wondering about the keyless remotes .
Are they different (2000 and 2002) ?
can you use a 2002 remote and program it on a 2000 ?

There's no difference in any of the keyless remotes GM has, there all just programed different. You could get it reprogramed if a dealer would do it, but I'll bet they'll want to sell a new one, programing and all for about $105.

You can easily re-program a keyless remote in the convenience of your own home. It's somewhere on the message board, but its basically free, except for maybe 5-20 minutes of your time.
