Infamous Squeal 99 Z28 *Help*

Alright so...
I left for deployment before my voltmeter was jumping dimming headlights/dash at night. Was only started up a few times in a 7 month span never driven though. I come back and then it started squealing low and than it would speed up and intensify as it drove but after awhile it would die down and disappear almost. Thinking it was the serpentine belt I replaced it and it worked for roughly a week than it started it again. So I took it in and they told me it was the belt tensioner so they replaced it and the belt, it also worked but this time only for a few hours maybe before it came back even worse. When I lay into it and really give it gas on the highway it dies down but doesn't go away...I'm starting to think it maybe the alternator after further inspection and listening to the engine.

for me the squeak is almost always the idler pulley. if you have some silicon spray it temp goes away. there is a sticky about rebuilding the bearings in the pulley but i'd just get a new one. every one to two years it goes out nomatter how little you drive it. (very poor design).

*UPDATE*
I took the serpentine belt to check my tensioners and I spun the alternator one and it seemed alittle loose/slick so I took it off looked good so I put it back on and just started it up for laughs and no squeak...at all. I put the belt back on started it back up and to my relief no squeal I thought I was in the clear unfortunately know it came back n not near as strong, Any Ideas please??
