Important Throttle Body and Intake Manifold Information

I have a 2000 Camaro LS1, and I have modified nearly all of the induction components. (Air lid, bellow, 85mm MAF, K&N Filter)

I have noticed a very significant increase in horsepower with the current mods.

I cannot find much information on the stock LS1 throttle body. Can someone tell me what size the stock throttle body is? I know there are aftermarket throttle bodies that are 75mm and 80mm, but what is the size of the stock LS1 throttle body?

The opening in the intake manifold is a fixed size, and I assume that it's the same size opening as the stock throttle body. So even if I did put a 80mm throttle body on the car, wouldn't the intake manifold opening restrict the air to that of the stock throttle body?

Any information on this would be deeply appreciated.

Also, I'd be interested in knowing what people have dyno'd with their induction components, or what 1/4 mile ets they have.

Thanks!

Question

How is this important information? Is this a public service announcement?
