I threw this code p1404....
P1404
IAT - B Circuit Malfunction/ Exhaust Gas Recirculation Closed Position Performance

I threw that code. The light went away after 2 or 3 times the car was turned off. I don't think this is anything I need to worry about but just wanted to clarify.

Your EGR valve isn't working properly. You need to install a new one or just take the thing off altogether.
