Not to throw up the BS flag here but 114 from a T/A (not a light weight) with a filter and a hole in the air box is beyond unusually fast. 114 with those mods would be an EASY 113 bone stock. A freak Z or Formula might be able to pull a 111 trap, bone stock in absolutely ideal conditions.

Did you make any other passes or just that one?

The timers are not always right...so I'm 99.9% sure that your timeslip is wrong. I'm not calling you a liar...it's just that a 114 with two mods that might be worth .5 mph is unheard of.

Hmmm ... I trap at 107 and pull a 13.0 with a 1.9 60' time in my WS6. Race weight is 3750 pounds. Oh, and my dyno with a lid and cutout is 330 RWHP.

Not that I'm calling BS on a 114 trap speed and 12.9 run ... but DAYUM! If you only pulled a 12.9 with a 114 trap, you were spinning first and second gear, and probably part of 3rd.

114 MPH for a trap speed, but only 322 RWHP? The 12.9 is believable, but the 114 trap is what throws me.

Just an observation ... not a flame.

Yep, time slips aren't written on bible paper with holy water. They can, have been, and will sometimes be wrong.
That being said. If that's all you have to go by then we'll have to wait 'till you make it back to the track again and come asking why you lost 4 mph from your first pass. I have in my possesion many time slips where the clocks messed up. Just part of the game.
