I think all SS models have the Hurst.

RPO code for the Hurst shifter is BBS. Optional on Z28's and SS's (at least for '02).

doesn't the stock hurst shifter say "hurst" on the actual shifter? Take off the accesory tray and the cover and it should say hurst?

I am just asking this becasue someone sent me a "Factory Hurst Shifter" and it doesn't say hurst anywhere on it. It also looks exactly like my stock shifter. just trying to see if I got screwed.

I just put on a B&M on Saturday. I also took off the factory "Hurst" and it looks just like the factory POS shifter with no identification mentioning Hurst. G.M..... it figures.
Maybe the leather shift **** with a "H" on it is thier rendition of a Hurst shifter.
