How will a stock 2001 F-body do against a 1st gen Viper?
Having driven an RT-10.... I was easily spinning the tires well into 3rd gear w/o out even flooring it. The Viper was a '97 I think and with 3K miles on it I was very impressed.It felt like I was driving a Honda when I hopped back into my LT1 Camaro. Now my LS1 feels fast but I always remember that Viper gluing me to my seat and spinning the crap out of those wide meats! They just cost too much!

Let's just say that you won't wonder what Viper taillights look like unless the Viper driver screws up real bad.

I ran one with the mods below. I beat him off the line by two lengths, and up to 100 mph, he gained one length on me. Technically I beat him, but only because of my launch. 'Course, then I got beat by an M5 the same way...
Forget it against a 450 hp Viper... never tried, but that's only because the drivers so rarely will race.
