How to reset PCM after removing cats?

How to reset PCM after removing cats?

Got a SES light pretty much after I started to drive afterwards so I am assuming it to be the cause. Little help? thanks

I believe you will eoiither have to program the SES light out with LS1 edit or get o2 sims for the rear o2's.

this is about the only way. if you only reset the light will keep comming on cause it is reading the wrong mixture after the cats. ps the comuter trys to ajust and will make you car run worse.

If the rear O2 failures make you run worse .... you couldn't prove it by me ... My times and mph improved with my cats gone and no sims ... later when I added sims, other than the SES lite going off there was no additional improvement ...

Besides ... think about it. If the rear O2s were required to provide input to the PCM ... sims would fail because the PCM is see constant input relative to the front O2s. And total elimination of the rear O2s, via edit, would result in failure ... assuming they did any thing other than validate the CAT operation ... M

Sorry my mistake I was combining the function of the front and rear sensors
