Well, if you get a 01-02, an intake is a waste of money (it comes with the LS6 intake).
Otherwise, about 330-340 RWHP (above 380 crank) should be pretty close.
With heads/cam, etc later.... Well, depending on how wild you go, 400-450+ RWHP is realistic.

By intake I assume you meant a cold air intake (oversized shiny exhaust pipe attached to the throttle body, MAF, and filter) , not the intake manifold which many "riceboys" have no clue exists (not necc you). Go for a "lid" for the factory airbox. Always a good first mod.
