How much hp can I look to make on a 02 WS6 with full bolt on's?
You can get close to 360 on a 2002 with:
1) Good headers, off-road Y and cutout
2) Ported Throttle Body
3) Lid
4) Dynotune
This I know firsthand.
Add in a pulley, and if you choose, an electric water pump and you're closing in on the 370 neighborhood.

306/326 bone stock - ~1500 miles...
340/353 lid, headers, catback - ~6000 miles...
382/368 lid, headers, catback, ported MAF/TB, ASP pulley, TR224 cam - ~14000 miles (running very rich - no re-dyno after tuning yet)
Still my daily driver - no issues at all, even in traffic.
Good luck...

sorry bout that...
there was a percentage of cars that in 01/02 that came with the LS6 block. i am not sure the difference, probably tighter clearances, and possibly 4bolt...no real hp gains though
all the 01/02 cars came with the LS6 intake manifold.
despite this...they were still advertised as LS1 engines....again GM keeping the fancy LS6 option for the top dog Vettes.

Full exhaust cat-back,headers,orp=30-40hp
lid+maf+intake manifold+tb+ssra=40hp
pullies, all the free mods and extras such as thermostat(they add up), and a good tune=about 25hp
I believe that almost 400 rwhp with full bolt-ons is possible, not necessarily likely, but very possible. IT's the same concept as running 12.9's bone stock.

2002 LS1
362rwhp SAE @ Speed Inc
Lid
Ported TB
Descreened MAF
QTP Headers
QTP Merge Collectors
QTP Y-pipe
QTEC (Cutout)
Dynotuned
Only bolt-ons left are the pulley and water pump. Not going to get much past 370 with those. SSRA or other cold air systems aren't going to register on the dyno, nor get the remaining 30hp
