Alright, just bought a 98 LS1/T56 out of an SS, going into my 96, I will have the following mods when it is installed:

F1 Lightweight Flywheel (15.5 lbs compared to 24 lbs stock)
Centerforce Dual Friction Clutch
Hooker Pro Comp Long Tube Headers
X-Pipe with Dynomax Bullets
Cold Air Intake w/ K&N

Other: (Not sure if these will help the track time)
Hurst Competition Short Throw
315/35ZR17 Nitto's
LCA Relocation
LG Motorsports Super Springs
ES Torque Arm Bushing
Skip Shift Delete

Rev limit moved up

Basically wanna know how much I should gain over stock ls1, I know at the local track ive seen stock ls1's run 8.8-9.0 in the 1/8, what kind of time could I expect, and maybe compared to stock power how much I should gain. I know it wont be exact but educated guesses will do. Thanks

 

Why not do a cam swap whial you are at it?

 

because i want to go pretty big and dont have the $$$ for springs and cam, thats about $500 more id need.

 

Depending on how good a driver you are you should see 12s with those mods.

 

im a really good driver, runs in the family. Someone told me high 12's, what does a stock LS1 usually run in the 1/4? 13's?

 

I have seen a stock ls1 run a high 12.You can go to Dragtimes.com and search for camaros 97plus and get a good Idea.
