according to the how to build high pef ls1/ls6 book, the bare short block itself weighs in around 110? lbs..

fully dressed, with eveything on it, its about 430 lbs.

FWIW, the entire shortblock didn't weigh but 160. My wife and I picked it up and put it in the back of her Aztec so we could ship it to Lingenfelter.
