How much did everyone pay for Converter install?
Just wondering how much you guys paid for the install of your torque converters. I've called a couple places and they range $275-$350
Thanks

The labor involved is a maximum of 4 hours, and should be less. Other than tranny fluid, there should typically be no other parts or supplies. Thgough I guess if I were doing it I would use some new ARP fasteners (less than $10). So I'd say a top price would be 4h labor plus a few dollars. Around here, a good shop will charge ~$70/h labor, so $300 would be ball park maximum, maybe less.
It is not a hard job. All that's needed is a lift, basic tools, and a tranny jack.
