How hard would this true dual system be to fix? (pics)

I bought a custom true dual exhaust system from ebay and the seller said it would be cut to ship but should easy to put back together. I'm not so sure it will be to easy since he cut in weird locations.

This is what worries me the most since he cut so close to the x and the pipe isn't exactly round anymore.

I don't have a welder or the knowledge to weld it myself so I'd have to take it to a shop to do it. What do you think it would take to fix? Any estimates on price?

If you can get away driving with no exhaust, I say take your system off and drive to the muffler shop, and have them weld your new stuff in. I would expect to pay anywhere from $30-$100 to have them weld it all together. later!

You can leave your stock system on and do that too. Shouldn't cost much if anything extra. They'll just cut it off.
