OK I have my LM at my house, and it looks like I'm gonna buy MACs with cats off of a guy from this board....

How hard would the install be all at once? How hard is the header install on these cars compared to the LS1s?

Also, he said the headers have all emissions and he believes o2 bungs....what other parts will I need for the install?

If it matters, my car has about 15K on the clock.

by myself taking my time...beginning to end...10.5 hours

it should help out, if nothing else it will give you the order of things to do...and i have some tricks for getting some plug wires and things like that.

can't hurt to read through it a few times.

the only difference should be the actual act of sliding them in, and whether they require "notching" anything.

 

Headers are headers. The basics of what has to come off and such will be exactly the same. Now once that the headers are on then the under car stuff will be slightly different from brand to brand. But it's pretty basic stuff.
