Instructions available @ http://www.installuniversity.com/ins...or_install.htm

The only thing I'd caution against is putting the car on the lift like they did. I've always heard that while welding on sfc's, you need to have the suspension loaded. When I had mine installed, I drove up on a set of ramps so that there was room to move around underneath the car. Hope this helps...good luck with em.

The suspension not only needs to be loaded, but the car is supposed to be level also. I ran the front onto stands then jacked the rear end up level and placed stands under the rearend so the weight was on it and not the frame. There you have it, suspension loaded and car level.

I checked and BMR SFCs are WELD IN!!! The bolt hole is where the front LCA bolt goes. The flat piece w/the hole goes on the outside. IIRC, the shorter of the 2 is the drivers side SFC. Just try fitting them up, they'll only go one way.

If you were in Louisiana, I'd hook you up w/my uncle. He'd weld them on for $20. And yes, he is a very good welder and knows how they fit now that he welded mine on. lol

The bolt hole is for the REAR lca. You could spend all day trying top get the the front lca to line up and it would never work.

Ok, I meant the front bolt for the REAR LCA. I always call the front ones A- arms as in upper and lower A arm.

BMR does not make bolt-in SFC's, only weld in. Call your local muffler shops and see if they will weld them in for you. I got mine done at a local performance shop for $75.

A good body shop might do it good, too. Just make sure they are a good one.

I have BMR boxed sub frame connectors. We lifted the car on a drive on type of lift at a muffler shop. Took about 30 min to weld both in place and retorque the bolts in the LCA.
