Its a total pain in the ***.

 

You have to cut them unless they came pre-cut. I forget where you can find instructions to do so, but they're on the net. After you cut and sand 'em down (some people paint them too), they should be ready to go in. I had to take a bracket off of the drivers side valve cover that was holding some wires so the valve covers would snap onto the fuel rail. Once I figured that out, it was cake.
