You basically turn the dial. One way will make it more sensitive, one will make it less. Turn it all the way one way, set the alarm and knock on the wheel arch. You will know if it's sensitive on not. From there you will know which way to turn it to make it more or less sensetive. Adjust it to your liking.

Turn it clockwise to turn up the sensitivity and counterclockswise to reduce the sensitivity. Don't want it to sensitive and have all those ricers farting exhaust set it off in the middle of the night.

WHere is the sensor, and the **** you guys are talking about? Is it under that thing, when I remove the panel to get to my spare tire? Is there any easy way to remove that thing, no handles or anything - just set all three things to unlock, and pry?

Yep, it comes off pretty easily, and then you'll see the shock sensor right there (little black box).
