Hot headers?
You're driving around with that cam on a stock tune? I hope you haven't (or at least don't) floor it at all. Besides the timing being off, your AFR is most likely off as well. I'd tread lightly until you get a tune...
Although, it takes a trained eye. Since the advent of A/F meters and whatnot sparkplug reading isn't as prominent as it used to be.
I would strongly suggest a tune.
The A/F on my car has leaned out just by the addition of the LT headers ... I imagine a bigger cam would only make that more dramatic
. FWIW, my car ran ~13.0:1 A/F on the dyno, stock. After just the headers, the A/F was around ~13.5:1.
