Anyone else have trouble mounting together the collectors on the Hooker headers with the ends of the Y-pipe also from Hooker? I didn't think it would be that difficult to get them together. I mean, after all they are made by the same company.

 

that seems to be a recurring topic when discussing the hooker Ypipe...poor fitment

i guess i was lucky with my Flowtechs...the ypipe bolted up perfectly...not even 1/8th inch off...perfect

 

I used that Y-pipe on my Jet Hots for my T/A and it fit perfectly. I also have it on my Z with Hooker LTs and again, it fit perfectly.
