I have the same question, particulary about Hooker headers.

I have the Hooker LT, ORY, and hooker catback. I have received many compliments on its sound, however for my taste it is a little quiet. My only complaint is that I have an automatic, so between shifts it lets out a burble. My wife likes it, I don't really, but definetly was worth it.

I have that setup on my car. I love it, and as abarus said, it is quiet ... at idle and cruise. But at WOT it is like a pissed off rotwillier. You can see some videos of my exhuast, and after the Vig3200 install, here
