out of these 3 which do you all recommend, if i et the lm ill use a chambered muffler in place of the resonator, now does the hooker catback flow as well and produce about as much power as lm, and what about the new tsp rumbler? thansk guys

the hooker sounds decent....but i don't think great. there has also been alot of talk that it rusts out quite quickly. i know it's not stainless and i'm not even sure if it's aluminized.
the TSP rumbler is nice, a bit less harsh than the LM and you'll be getting just as much HP since its still a straight flow muffler. however i don't care much for the tips. not sure if they offer different ones, but if i had to buy $100 in tips on top of the catback.. that would kindda suck.
you asked which chambered muffler. summit part number SUM-630730
i notice they mention that the 3" version uses a 2.5" center tube "for performance". this muffler would sound crazy good on a loudmouth, and that 2.5" tube would probably only lose you about 2hp.
like i told you before, i would get the LT's, catted Ypipe, and the loudmouth. keep it as is till you see how you like the sound. then if you want to change it, go from there. asking which catback is the best is kindda like asking what girl is the hottest..everyone has a personal opinion.

Hooker. Great price, good sound, good performance. They are aluminized steel, with stainless tips... I don't think anything sounds better than a Hooker catback with longtubes & an offroad Y...
good luck,

i think the hooker says its chambered muffler, now will the hooker offer the same flow and hp as the loudmouth? or atleast the same flow and hp as loudmouth with chambered muffler? thabks guys

I cant say what the flow is. But with my sweet thunder 2.5 inch chambered stick SLP Y-pipe and loudmouth. Im more then happy with the sounds. Nothing to me sounds better then a chambered exhust on a LS1. Except when its on a LT1

I have the Hooker Catback with Hooker LT Headers. I love the sound. Also it is one of the better flowing catbacks. If you don't have headers it is a little tame.
I previously had the LM with a Dynomax Bullit in place of the resonator and the SLP Y-pipe. I didn't like the drone sound inside the car when cruising at 2000 rpm's. But as far as flow, I saw a comparison and the LM produce about 3 hp more than the Hooker Catback. But to me, I would rather like the sound my car produced than get a extra 3 hp.
I only ran the LM, Dynomax Bullit and SLP Y-pipe less than 1 year. If interested I will sell you the whole setup for $200.00 plus shipping.
Good luck,
Al

THANK YOU...
man, these are the words you need to take to heart!! you are spending WAY too much time, effort and mental capacity trying to finagle 1-2 hp, but seem to be ignoring the fact that you need to do what YOU think sounds good.
