At WOT, my car tends to knock. I use nothing but 93 octane. It's been doing it for a year or so now. Initially I thought it was an air leak but have sense realized it could something much worse. What can I do to get a better diagnosis?

 

IF timing is stock and all is well and it still knocks how is the oil consumption? You might want to try some Sea Foam clean those combustion chambers up, sometimes gunk builds up causing detonation.
