Help with sparkplugs!!
What do you guy's think of iriduim spark plugs. I replaced my platnium with regular ngk's. I haven't heard much of the iridium negative or possitive. I've heard of the bad thing's of platnium.

they are not any better than the standard plugs, least not hp wise
and beyond that it's simple math...
why pay 4-5X the $$ for a plug that only lasts 2X as long.
at $2 a plug, the standard NGK plugs can be changed several times over for the same money as buying one set of plats or irridium.
and i am sure in most applications the standard plugs will last 50K miles.
and beyond that it's simple math...
