Angry Help My car is still acting stupid

Runs just great when cold but as soon as it reaches full temp it has a miss at 1500 rpms and 4500. Feels like it just falls flat on its face at these rpm points and is always right at these points where this occurs and is also kinda sluggish running thur the whole rpm range. All of this happens in every gear at any throttle speed. Car idles just fine and is throwing no codes. This makes no sense to me cause the miss is just like clock work everytime except when cold so any ideas please fire away. Been told it could be a bent valve.

Check all your plugs and wires. A wire could be resting on something and getting quite hot, if it hasn't burned through already.

ok don’t know what year your car is or anything but i will asume it is a ls1 this might not apply to you but here it is just incase.... My Little brother has a 94 Camaro Z28 and he had a problem that when the car would warm up it would idle find but as soon as he got on it or passed a RPM it would feel like it was missing which caused it to lose power we played with it for days when we finally just decided to change the distributor and that fixed the prob if you want to know more about you might want to try to get a hold of my little bro. His name is ReznorZ28 on this site

Unfortunately '94's had an Optispark not a distributor really. Ever since '98 when FBodies got LS1's those were replaced by coil packs and electronic spark controllers. No more distributors.

I recommend pulling all the plugs, checking compression on all cylinders and giving it new plugs and wires while you're in there.

Having somebody hook up a device to monitor your sensors would be a good idea too. There is definately a problem somewhere.

After getting all the good info here I took it back to the shop that worked on it and told them to check out the plugs and wires and sure and behold it was number 8 plug wire. Now my Z lives again and they thought it was fast running on 7 Cylinders HA HA HA now it goes fast. Just shows you how fast the Zs are so thanks again guys.
