P0171/P0172 are bank 1 and 2 lean. And P0327 is knock sensor circuit low input.
Clean your maf it might be the cause of the lean codes. You might have to change out the knock sensor to fix the P0327 code. The sensors on a ls1 are under the intake and if you are going to do that I would change both.

well i changed my maf with a granatelli maf. i reseted the codes, but once i hit 70mph it comes on again. if it is my maf how do i clean it? also if my knock sensor's are blown i should look into getting a manifold ls6 or fast. but i dont have the cash. any risk in running the car with bangedup knock sensors? at least till i get the money for a minifold.

Use this to clean your maf http://img246.imageshack.us/img246/7...nnnnnnngy9.gif
Autozone should have it.

The knock sensor code could also be the wiring harness; Check that out. If the sensor is bad I would not run the car I would change it out asap.
Here is some info on removing the IM http://www.ls1howto.com/index.php?article=5
