Re: HELP! List your dyno #'s and 1/4 times.

110 mph traps are easily attained with a nearly stock LS1. There is something wrong with his combo. His traps should be around 120mph. Not trying to be a jerk, but a stroked, head/cammed and supercharged LT1 should be doing much better than that...

When I trapped 110mph my car went 12.7. If he's only running 13.1 @ 110 then it sounds to me like he is spinning half of the track.

I think you guys are missing the weight factor, more important than you think.

sig ... the bolt on was with a 3200 lock up. The H/C was with a 3800 lock up.

Keep in mind that the TC won't typically lock up at WOT during 1/4 run. Both those dyno pulls were unlocked ...

Re: HELP! List your dyno #'s and 1/4 times.

I got mine dynoed a couple weeks ago, the dyno seems high for my combo, but apparently mustang dynos or something are different. mustang is a brand name of dyno.

anyway heres my numbers.

407.4 @ 6300 rpm
364.5 @ 5100 rpm

ran a 12.81 @ 113.9 mph.

traction is a very large issue. 2.19 60 ft.was my best.

read my sig, tell me if these numbers sound right, the 1\4 mile made sense, but the hp seems high. we also tuned it, my 407 rwhp run was running a perfect 12.9-13.1 a\f mixture, it was running near 100%

Mustang dynos usually read about 5% LOWER than Dynojets, so I don't know how you are getting 407rwhp with basically a 224 cam and exhaust. Nice trap speed, tho!

Re: HELP! List your dyno #'s and 1/4 times.

That is a nice combo Bill.

The Bone Maro is Wicked nice...

Not sure what is up with the 383 SC Lt1 that car should run faster than that no problem...

You have gotta be eating up the tires at the track...

I have a few buddies with 99-02 Mustang GTs... that make from 250-285rwhp and they all run between 13.2-12.4

But they all have good 60ft. Those guys run 1.6 ro 1.8 60ft.

Here goes. 304RWHP and 334RWTQ. 700R4 transmission with a Yank SS3600 torque converter. Ran a 12.73 and 105.85 in the quarter. This is a 3rd gen with TPI weighing 3780 racing weight. Gotta love that TPI for the launch.

i trapped 111mph on 13.1 w/o spinning. stock parts like my 2.73's and stock intake play a role too. my stock tc doesnt help either. 385rwhp
