Exclamation Help diagnose problem...

Ok...I've been hearing what sounds like a popping sound going around turns when I take them a little quicker than normal. It seems like the pop comes from the rear assembly shifting/sliding slightly due to the g-force of the turn....or maybe the extra body roll that occurs from taking the turn harder.
My rear suspension includes boxed lower control arms and an adjustable panhard rod. I checked to make sure they're greased and all. Everything appeared to be fine at a glance. I'm assuming the bolts have stayed in place since everything has been installed for over a year and 1/2.
Any ideas what could be causing this? Is it something that needs urgent attention? The only thing I could think of is maybe the panhard rod's length needs to be adjusted. I don't think it's a problem inside the rear assembly...but I could be wrong I guess. Any help would be appreciated!!!

That's quite an odd problem. Did you use locktite when you were done adjusting it? I'm glad that they are taking the phr back and hopefully replacing it. This is obviously a defect with there part. No matter how hard you were on the turns, a part really should last more than 1.5 years.

Yeah, pretty sure we used locktite when we installed it. It was kinda shocking to me too....feeling the whole rear end slide about an inch or so from one side to the other. I hope they send me a new one that won't have the same problem. I wonder how the threads were stripped so bad?? I literally could lift one end off the rod... Hopefully I caught it before anything worse happened. *fingers crossed*
