Lightbulb Heads, need an experienced, detailed response

Now that my exhaust is finished, it is time to start researching my next mod(s). This won't happen for quite some time (cuz its a LOT of money). But just to start gathering info about it.

First: What is the difference between Stage I, II, and III heads for the LS1? (extreme details please)

Second: for Stage III, it says with a bore of 4.000 or 4.100 for the GTP heads (at thunder racing) What exactly does this mean? Is it talking about a stroked motor? (i'm willing to consider it)

Third: I want a pretty extreme cam match up to the heads nicely. But not so extreme that the motor constantly dies.

Fourth: When you buy heads II or III, do they come with all the valvetrain stuff like roller rockers, retainers, springs, pushrods, you know all the good stuff or is that separate?

What I'm doing next summer is upgrading my tranny to a Cmotorsports Level 2 4L60E (600hp/650tq).
I want my horspower and torque to be up pretty close to that, not over. So with a 20% loss in drivetrain, that is about 480 rwhp. I want to rebuild the whole top end at once (heads, cam, entire valvetrain, rods, pistons, throttle body, intake manifold, injectors) What combination do I need.

Stage's can vary from company to company but usually a Stage 1 is ported and has slightly larger valves (2.02 and 1.57) installed and springs good to .600 lift and will have a stock or steel aftermarket retainer. Heads most often used for street/strip setups, but seeing more street than strip.

Stage 2 is often done using a 2.055 and 1.60 valve and dual springs good to .650 lift and titanium retainers

Stage 3's are like a Stage 2 except the combustion chamber is opened up to work with a larger bore than stock and sometimes will have a 2.08 or 2.10 intake valve

Stage 2 and 3 heads are geared more towards racing engines.

All stages of heads will come with valves and spring and retainers and maybe pushrods if you buy a heads/cam package, roller rockers are not included.

To make 480rwhp will require a lot of research and time and not a small amount of money. I would probably go with a forged 347ci or an ironblock 409ci stroker, a large nasty cam and some good heads.
