I made the dyno numbers in my sig this past Saturday and my car idles near stock and I drive it every day. PM me and I'll give you the contact info on the head vendor. He is REALLY more cost effective than most other LS1 head porters.

There are several people putting down 375-390 is rwhp with the 02 LS6 cam on stock programming also with stock heads. The cam idles a tad bit lumper than stock but pulls alot harder. + it will not void your warranty.

I'd check out www.thunderracing.com since they do custom cams and all. They have an "old man cam" that puts out some decent horsepower without the lope. Plus, they can custom grind it for his application depending on what mods he has done.

yeah ive been looking at the thunderracing stuff, also the cmotorsports stuff. maybe i should give yall alittle more info on his goals. he wants to run a low 11 high 10. he would prefere to do it naturally aspirated but he will put on a power adder if he has too. whats happening right now is that he drove through a 2 foot deep puddle of water and sucked in water throuh his fast toys ram air. he didnt think the water was that deep when he decided to drive through it. LOL. but anyway the inurance is going to pay for a brand new ls1 engine and the dealership qouted them something like $12000 with installation. well he knows some of the service managers at the dealership so they told him to buy some parts he really wants for the engine and they would put them in and he could keep his warranty. i wish i was as lukcy. so what hes trying to do is just get the best setup possible while keeping street reliability. oh yeah and hes already getting a 12bolt and stronger tranny. oh yeah his car is an A4.

I don't think he's going to be able to run a low 11 NA without some serious lope..so there goes that..but he could probably run high 11s with a quiet setup and blast into the 10s with nitrous or an ATI setup.

He can run low 11s or even high 10s NA on the stock displacement..G5X2 cam (LG motorsports), Stage 2 GTP heads, big converter and 3.73s in the back. But that's a loud setup.

As far as reliability..ha.
