What would be needed to fit '99 jet hots up to a '01? Is it possible? Would I still meet emissions standards? Thanks

 

I would have thought the only thing you would have to do is block the EGR hole off. Yes they would be emmissions legal.

 

You will have to modify the a.i.r. tubes to bolt up to the 99 style headers.

 

NO long tubes are emmissions legal in any state NONE.

 

Lucky for some, you don't have to be legal to pass emissions testing.

 

Alright forget the emissions thing, I was just showing my newbness. My main concern is the compatiablity of the '99 headers going on a '01. I have a good deal pending and I don't want to let it pass if I can retrofit it without it being a total PITA. Thanks.

 

i just did it the other way around. you will either need to get AIR tubes for a 99 ar twist them like i did. if you are keeping the eGR then you'll need to get the EGR tubes for a 99 also. want mine? i had to get one for an 00-01. http://www.stealthram.com/bassaniheadersinstall.html
